1 bunch broccolini (about 8 oz), ends trimmed

2 tbsp Stock Family Orchard Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for finishing

1 garlic clove, thinly sliced

1/2 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to heat preference)

Zest of 1 lemon

Flaky sea salt, to taste

Freshly cracked black pepper

Preheat a cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat until very hot.

Toss broccolini with 2 tbsp Coratina olive oil, garlic slices, and chili flakes.

Char the broccolini in the hot skillet for 4โ5 minutes, turning occasionally, until bright green with some crispy, charred edges.
