Charred Broccolini with Chili & Coratina Olive Oil

A Bold, Flavorful Side Dish Featuring Stock Family Orchard’s Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Charred to perfection and finished with a drizzle of bold Coratina Olive Oil, this broccolini dish brings out the best in crisp greens with just the right kick of heat. Perfect as a side or a light appetizer.


🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch broccolini (about 8 oz), ends trimmed

  • 2 tbsp Stock Family Orchard Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for finishing

  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to heat preference)

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Flaky sea salt, to taste

  • Freshly cracked black pepper


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat a cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat until very hot.

  2. Toss broccolini with 2 tbsp Coratina olive oil, garlic slices, and chili flakes.

  3. Char the broccolini in the hot skillet for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until bright green with some crispy, charred edges.

  4. Remove from heat, season with flaky salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.

  5. Finish with a generous drizzle of Coratina Olive Oil just before serving for that bold peppery punch.
