Ingredients:

12 oz spaghetti or linguine
3 tbsp Stock Family Orchard Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

Step 2: Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat Taggiasca olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Step 3: Add Lemon & Seasoning
